Available Modules

The APA version of AFDEX is identical to the commercial version available, all modules are included.

AFDEX/MAT: Module for finding flow stress of material from experimental data of cylindrical tensile test.

AFDEX2D: 2D package (axi-symmetric, plane strain) with isothermal/non-isothermal solver and pre/post-processor.

AFDEX2D/DIE: Pre/post processor + 2D 1CORE die structural analysis solver.

AFDEX3D 1CORE: Single-thread processing, includes isothermal/non-isothermal solver, 3D model generator from 2D predictions, and pre/post-processor.

AFDEX3D 2CORE: Allows up to 2 CORE parallel processing, which includes isothermal/non-isothermal solver, 3D model generator from 2D predictions, and pre/post-processor.

AFDEX3D 4CORE: Same as above but up to 4 CORE parallel processing.

AFDEX3D 8CORE: Same as above but up to 8 CORE parallel processing.

AFDEX3D/DIE: Pre/post processor + 3D 1CORE die structural analysis solver.
